Ali Eslamifar

Ali, The host of "The Ally Show,"  is an Iranian-born individual who loves to learn more about people's story and their struggles. In 2013 he moved to the United States to study design at Arizona State University where he got to learn about mental health while going through his own problems. Throughout his career in Silicon Valley, he felt unfulfilled and realized his true passion lay in understanding human beings and their mental health. This led him to quit his job and focus on mental health projects, including hosting a podcast in Farsi called "Ten Min Pause." Inspired by the positive response, he decided to create an English-language podcast, "The Ally Show," where guests share their stories of pain and mental health and commit to supporting listeners on their mental health journeys. Ali's mission is to foster a community of support and collective problem-solving.
